of Trade the Lords of the Committee informed me that they did not consider that the Owners of the "Lord of the Isles " could be held liable for payment of expentes incurred for the crew after the loss

of the Vessel, and that their Lordships considered such expenditure properly chargeable to the rose for relief of Distressed Seamen.
